About The Event

Program Genesis

The ‘Trainer who tells’ is long gone making way for the Trainer who facilitates learning by creating an experience, asks powerful questions to allow reflection & self realisation, listens with deep empathy and supports in making new action choices.

 

Through this program, we intend to create 10 such Trainers. 

Program Objectives

By the end of this workshop, the participants will be able to

Conduct Training need Analysis (TNA) using tested tools and techniques

Write learning Outcomes using Blooms Taxonomy

Use structured tools & techniques for Training Design

Experience & evaluate various Training methodologies & their application

Conduct a micro session and receive Individual assessment on a defined rubric

Apply Kirkpatrick’s 4 levels of Evaluation of Training
