OVERVIEW
The 200-hour vinyasa Yoga teacher training program at Shivoham Yoga is registered with Yoga Alliance. This program is created to teach you various aspects of Yoga from Asana, Pranayama, Teaching Methodology to planning and
sequencing a yoga classwith Anatomy. This comprehensive curriculum also covers Yoga philosophy based on the Yoga Sutras, yogic lifestyle and ethics, yogic diet, physiology for yoga teachers and practitioners, among other topics related to the practice of cultivating a balanced life. We strongly encourage you to bring your own creativity into your teaching practice. By the end of the course, you will be ready to practice the Hatha and Vinyasa Flow as self-practice and be ready to teach classes based on this style of yoga, along with creating your own Vinyasa flow sequences with various themes and teach Yoga anywhere in the world.
