Sharad Jani is an engineer, an entrepreneur with more than eight years of experience, and a motivational speaker. After completing his academics, he has worked in various industries like Real Estate, Company Certification, and Manufacturing for almost four years and headed the divisions of Sales, Marketing, and Projects. He started his journey in the Solar energy field in 2014 and is a well-known professional in the Solar energy domain.

He is the Founder and Managing Director of Aaru Solar Pvt Limited, a renewable solar energy system and product segments company in Gujarat. He is actively associated with BNI, GCCI, and many Solar Associations in Gujarat.

Based in Gujarat, Sharad Jani guides Individuals, Start-ups, and professionals to develop a mindset and thought process to synchronize energy (Synergy) to maintain the work-life balance.
