As part of Habitat Photosphere festival, a series of SHOW & TELL Presentations will be conducted at the Amphitheatre at the India Habitat Centre, New Delhi from 6.30 p.m. 7.30 p.m. Entry is free.

Sadiq Mohammed is the founder of GreenHatters. As an I.T. professional, he has worked globally, living and learning to appreciate different cultures. The environment has always been a passion. Recognizing and managing personal carbon footprints is where he believes every citizen can lend a hand in helping the planet. He produces short videos, working with millennials to create awareness for action messaging on climate change.

In past two years, Kavita Singh Kale through her artworks has interpreted elements of nature as demigods who are in conflict with monsters that have mutated from the by-products of human consumption. These works describe a state of the enigma- where battles between the two groups are undecided with the display of power struggle.  Since 2014 she has been creating works related to environmental issues like biodiversity and sustainability.While pitching for UNESCO MGIEP project on UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), Kavita and Santosh D. Kale collaborated to create a graphic novel project called “17 Seen Unseen”.

Humorous and poignant insights into the creative trails and travails of multiple

media artist and inventor Ashim Ghosh - a performance, demonstration and interactive discussion with sound, live music, and projections. The artist will also initiate an interaction on

the issues of sustainable development addressed in the Illume installation, on view at the Visual

Arts Centre, IHC, New Delhi, from the 8th till 31st December 2016.
