• No pets allowed.

• No guns or weapons allowed on the premises.
• As per government regulations, there will be a security check at the gate.
• Your Security is our prior concern (please cooperate with security checks)
• Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
• For lost ticket, duplicate ticket will not be issued.
• Resale of the ticket is prohibited.
• Each tickets is valid for 1 entry and couple ticket for 2
• This is a wrist-band access festival. in case wrist-bands are taken off, a replacement wrist-band will not be issued.
• Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner, Parking area available.
• Organizers reserve the right to perform security checks on invitees/members of the audience at the entry point for security reasons.
• Organizers or any of its agents, officers, employees shall not be responsiabe for any injury, demage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
• The Event is standing event.
• Professional cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammuntion, eatables, bottled water, cigarettes, beverages, alcohol are not allowed from outside the festival premises. Food & Beverage will be availabe inside the festival premises.
• This ticket permits entry to the event grounds only.
• Artist line-up and activities are subject to change.
• Strict action will be taken against anyone who damages the property, creates any nuisances, abuses the staff/management, physical violence etc.
• Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by festival guests.
• First aid/medical facilities will be provided; however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any problems arising.
• Consumption of Any Drugs is prohibited . If found we be strickly handover to police.
• We recommend that you arrive at least 20 minutes prior at the venue to pick up your physical tickets.
• Any person suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the site will be searched and if found offensive or dangerous, will immediately be expelled from the concert venue and handed over to the police or respective local authorities.

 Complaint Desk :-

• All the complaints related to other guests, staff, management, third-party contractors will be taken at the complaint desk.
• Medical Emergency An ambulance will be available on the premises for any medical emergencies.
