How to participate?

1. Write your stories or poetry based on LGBTQ+ ( Word count of Stories should be between 800 words and 10,000 words while that of poetry should be between 500 and 8,000 words.) 

2. Submissions maybe in both English and Tamil

Selection Process

• All submissions will be first curated and published as Paperbacks, Hardbacks, Flipbooks and eBooks with worldwide distribution
• Each Director will choose top 3 stories for their curation and decide on further film making processes
• Authors may/may not be required to record a video pitch expaining their story to be sent across to the respective Director
• Once selected separate film making contract would be signed as per film producers' standard terms

Terms and Conditions

• Participants maybe from anywhere in the World
• Participant needs to pay the registration/ticket fee and then mail us his/her short story or poetry along with author profile and author photo to publishing@ukiyoto.com
• Content would be curated as and when they are submitted on a rolling basis and participants would be intimated of the same
• For poetry, collection of poems maybe submitted within the given word count and with a common name
• As registration/ticket category price increases with dates, tickets may be booked now while content may be sent latest by 15th July'21.
