This two day workshop on presence and influence will enable and empower participants to excel in all leadership communication situations – persuasion, getting buy-in, negotiations, consensus building, and collaborations.
This Two day workshop enables participants to increase their self, people, and situational awareness. Participants will develop a clear understanding of why they behave the way they behave, what impression they create, and how they are perceived by others. Participants will get acquainted with sound leadership principles and enhance skills through experiential learning to make the right impact on people. Participants will learn how to use the right mix of influence strategies to be effective in using influence process. As a result, participants will excel in all leadership communication situations – persuasions, getting buy-in, negotiations, consensus building, and collaboration.
