Amaravati Marathon is a yearly Marathon that symbolizes the might and emergence of the People’s Capital. The Marathon is the first-of-its-kind event that exemplifies the spirit of unity of the citizens of Andhra Pradesh in building India’s youngest and newest city.

Run For Green Amaravati

Amaravati is characterized by the green and blue network. The Marathon is eco-friendly and hence, we encourage participants, volunteers, and event sponsors to reduce vehicular traffic. Driving personal vehicles anywhere near at the start is discouraged.

All participants, volunteers, sponsors and media personnel are requested to maintain cleanliness of the course. Littering is prohibited and hence, we encourage participants to be sensitive and throw trash in the dustbins placed at regular intervals throughout the race route. 

The Marathon infuses a spirit of clean and green Amaravati besides promoting its world-class appeal. Hence, we request you to continue this cleanliness drive throughout your lives by educating your children, neighbors and everyone around. This world also belongs to the future generations and it is our responsibility to keep it clean and make it livable for them.
