    What is Incompletion?

Incompletions are hangovers from past experiences and emotions that affect your present state resulting in negative emotions such as fear, worry, anger, anxiety etc.

The previous story gave an example of how an incompletion develops. When Apurna witnessed the murder at the beach, she unconsciously created a strong association between the beach and her experience of fear during that incident. In such a state of shock, her thought process was incomplete in understanding this experience as a stand-alone incident.

    Side-Effects of an Incompletion

    Incompletions lead you to powerlessness.

Powerlessness means not believing that you have the ability to cause what you want as reality. In this example, Apurna falls into powerlessness in causing her reality of enjoying the beach because of her incompletion that the beach is frightening or dangerous.

    Incompletions can cause physical ailments.

Your memories actually get recorded in your muscles and will express physically. For example, when you think about something that fills you with fear or worry, you feel knots in your stomach or shivers or some other physical pain. Maybe you even fall sick with a cold or cough. The truth is, most physical ailments we experience are caused by incompletions that we create unconsciously and can be completely healed with the completion process.

    What is Completion?

To be in Completion is to experience the present moment without any influence of past experiences and emotions.

When you are in completion, purnatva (poor-nath-va) in Sanskrit, you experience life in a state of bliss. Your inner space is clear of incompletions, you feel light and energetic. You have increased clarity and access to the innate intelligence that resides in you. Even if you work all day, the whole day routine will not tire you. Complete completion allows the cosmic energy and intelligence to flow through you, enabling you to express your highest peak potential.

This course is all about introducing you to The Science of Completion through the words and experiences of one who has achieved a space of complete completion, an enlightened master, Paramahamsa Nithyananda.
