Ms. Parul M Sharma
A Hospitality, Behavioural & Etiquette Coach and Training consultant with more than 24 years of experience in India and overseas. Parul specializes in mentoring teams for customer service and Hospitality image building. She holds a degree in Hotel Management from Huddersfield University U.K. Her education is fortified with diplomas in Hospitality Management from Institute of Hotel Management, run by Taj group of hotels and AHMA (American Hotels & Motels Association).
