 OBJECTIVES: 

  • To educate & train for 4 healings - Mindful Yoga, Diet Therapy, Reiki, & Sound Healing.
  • The participants would be having good knowledge and experience into Holistic Healing Systems, and setting goals with purpose at the end of the session.

MINDFUL YOGA

 Yoga is body/mind practices and disciplines, which connects the movement of the body and the fluctuations of the mind to the rhythm of the breath. Connecting the mind, body, and breath helps us to direct our attention inward. Through this process of inward attention, we recognize the stiffness, limitations, and incompetence in our body and mind. Physical well-beinglightness of heart, clarity of mind, and balanced emotions are few of the many benefits of Mindful Yoga. Each Mindful Yoga class includes meditationmindful yoga movementsdeep healing relaxation, and group discussion.

 This Yoga is highly therapeutic hence applicable to medical conditions. This is suitable for them who are beginners as also who want to deepen and advance in their Yoga Mindfulness practice. Practitioners experience greater flexibilitydeeper relaxation, and the immense joy of living in the present moment by a variety of methods for identifying and releasing stress. They report a deep sense of relaxation and an increased awareness of their bodies, emotions, and minds.

DIET THERAPY

Our bodies are built up by the foods we eat. We need nutritious and a healthy food habit for better physical, mental and emotional health. Diet therapy is the practical application of nutrition to prevent or treat diseases. 

The term "diet therapy" refers to the usage of food and nutrition in controlling symptoms and creating the best possible life for yourself through health and wellness. Some illnesses can be effectively managed by altering your diet, and diet therapy is sometimes used before surgery to ensure that surgery is absolutely necessary. If your doctor has suggested diet therapy as a means for wellness, consider the basic principles of diet therapy so you know what questions to ask and what to expect.

Our facilitator of Diet Therapy, Dr. Dheeraj Yadav, would guide & recommend you all the essential parts of Diet Therapy during the workshop to reduce choking risks and manage diseases. 

 REIKI

Reiki is a beautiful healing art offering beneficial, calming, balancing and stress-reducing effects. A Reiki session aids in stress reduction and it is almost always a very relaxing experience. Reiki sessions or classes are a great investment in yourself.

 Reiki is:

A subtle and effective form of energy healing using spiritually guided life force energy (Rei-ki).

Practiced in every country of the world.

Being used in many settings including hospitals, hospice, as well as in private practice and in self-care.

A wonderful complementary modality in a personal wellness or healing program.

 

Defining qualities of Reiki:

A practice of transmitting healing energy through the hands.

Passed on through the attunement process.

The energy is not guided by the practitioner, but the energy has its own innate wisdom to guide itself.

Reiki energy is not based on belief, faith or suggestion.

 A Reiki session may help ease tension and stress and may help support the body to facilitate an environment for healing on all levels- physical, emotional and spiritual. A session is pleasant and relaxing and is most often utilized for one’s own personal wellness.

 At this workshop, our reiki facilitator, Sri Siddharth Jain, would educate and train you how to heal yourself as also to others.

 

SOUND HEALING

Sound healing therapy improves many facets of life, including physical, mental, emotional, cognitive, and behavioral.

When sound waves reach our ears, they are converted into electrical signals that travel up the auditory nerve into the auditory cortex, the part of the brain that processes sound. Once sound waves reach our brains, they trigger responses in our bodies. This process alters our emotions, releases hormones and chemicals that affect both our bodies and our moods, and triggers certain good impulses.

Healing with sound can improve or cure many ailments including, but not limited to:

Psychological/Psychiatric and behavioral disorders including autism, depression, learning disabilities, and developmental troubles.

 At the workshop, our facilitator of Sound Healing Therapy, Sri Gauhar Chawla, by the help of Tibetan Singing Bowls, which have been used for centuries for healing and meditation purposes, would take participants into the realm of utmost health, peace, relaxation & bliss.

The sounds generated by Tibetan Singing Bowls are a type of energy medicine that promote healing from stress disorders, pain, depression, and most forms of dis-ease let you experience the profound effects of Sound Healing.

Sri Yogi Anand is a Himalayan Yogi, Mentor, Corporate Trainer, & Life Coach.

DR. DHEERAJ YADAV

 

Dr. Dheeraj Yadav, is more than 18 years experienced Therapist of Diet Therapy, Batch Flowers Therapy, Naturopathy, Acupressure, and Ayurveda, running his Clinic known as Tulsi Holistic Clinic, at Kamala Nagar, New Delhi, India.

 

He started his Clinic in the year 2000 and grew rapidly to develop his expertise in the above healing domains. Today, he is well known as a Holistic Therapist in his area. He also provides herbal muds, haldi (turmeric) and other medically useful herbs for better health.

 

In due course of time, he also started his services for batch flower consultancy and Ayurvedic medical consultancy. Dr. Yadav has helped numerous patients in combating their health issues through his pleasing personality, in-depth knowledge & experiences in relevant fields of healings, consequently, he has taken his clinic to a new dimension through his positive business approach and leadership abilities. SRI SIDDHARTH JAIN

 

Sri Siddharth Jain has been practicing Reiki for more than 5 years and is dedicated to discover and spread the Reiki healing system.

 

His journey with holistic healings and meditation started 12 years ago. Initially, he learnt Reiki to heal himself for his health issues. Later, on finding Reiki as a life-transforming therapy, he, for 3 years, has started giving the Reiki healings to others also.

 

His method of Reiki healing is unique and consists of followings:

 

  • take a medical history from the patient
  • going into the root cause of disease
  • taking in-depth knowledge of current life situations
  • make sure the patient is comfortable and receptive before a healing session
  • uses special distance healing therapy
  • Without touching the body, transmits the healing energy and activates the healing process.

 

SRI GAUHAR CHAWLA

 

Sri Gauhar Chawla is a passionate explorer and promoter of Sound Healing Therapy and has been practicing this for better physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being for years. He learned this healing system systematically, to heal himself, but later realizing its profound effects on his health, he started providing the Sound healing therapy to others. After getting positive feedback from the participants, he dedicated himself to spread this healing system for larger beneficiaries.

 

He helps his participants to develop their intellectual, spiritual and creative capabilities, and to deepen their understanding of the purposes to which these skills may be put into service. Through his sessions and workshops, he provides opportunities for participants to grow in health & wellness, to develop a deeper understanding of their physical, mental, emotional & spiritual bodies both through theory and practical.
