The course comprises of Group activities, Engaging Daily wisdom and knowledge to apply for ourselves and in our interactions with others, Dynamic Yoga, Meditation sessions, Sudarshan Kriya, fun games and processes and a chance to become part of a vibrant local and global community of happy and driven individuals!
