About The Event

StillFlow in Association with Trekking-Spantans presents an interactive movement workshop; Explore!

With the rains on us, and the beauty of nature blossoming all around, we decided to bring you a one day retreat for you to move, heal, discover and explore.
With a pretty picturesque locale, we take you to Kolad for a day and back so that you can explore and experience the power of movement in open space. Kolad is a village, in Raigad district, Maharashtra State, India,117 km from Mumbai on the National Highway no 17. It lies on the banks of River Kundalika. A pleasant climate, and situated between acres of trees, feel free to relax and breathe. To celebrate life, in joyous abandon.

The objective of this workshop is to Explore. All things within and without. To understand and allow oneself a space to breathe without the constant noise as the backdrop.
