*We all know that we are here to become LOVE, and our relationships are the fastest and the most important pathways for us to become that.
Yet sometimes relationships become stagnant and stuck and people are unable to EVOLVE OR GROW TOGETHER, which is the primary intentions of relationships when seen from a spiritual perspective.
*So in this Journey of a Deeper love, we will learn to peel off the layers of walls and resistance that we have unconsciously built towards each other so that we can come CLOSER TO OUR PARTNER, or to the Feminine energy/Masculine energy through each other with each other.
*The biggest walls that come between us and our partners come from the childhood traumas that we have been through, including the Father and Mother wound. We will dive deep into these so that we can heal our heart, our emotions and thereby prepare for a deeper heart union
*Honest, conscious, compassionate, direct communication is one of the greatest foundations of any relationships, so in this journey we will learn the art of conscious communication which will impact and transform your relationship forever.
*Our partner is a reflection of our brightest light, as well as our shadows that we have unconsciously rejected. So in this journey we will integrate our own inner shadow and light, learning to love our inner wounded child, to come closer to our inner and outer Beloved, to integrate our inner yin and yang, thereby creating a deeper soul union with our Beloved
*We will learn to claim our own POWER, as an AUTHENTIC INDIVIDUAL, only when I become one with myself can I become one with another.
*Through the path of sensuality, tantric and taoist practices, we will awaken our spiritual energies through the physical union thereby leading to oneness of our Spirits. (There will be no sexuality or nudity in the classroom, homework will be assigned to practice in privacy of your room)

Sufiana is originally from Bombay and has lived in Los Angeles and San Francisco as well. She leads retreats and workshops in India and internationally on various themes:
*Feminine Spirituality focusing on Women's Empowerment, Feminine Embodiment and Creative Arts Healing.
*Healing Masculine and Feminine energies as a path to Creative alchemy, and Wholeness.
She leads and inspires people to Live their Divine Purpose, Trauma/Psychological/ Soul-Spirit healing, find lasting Happiness, inner Harmony, Self-love and Self-alignment.
She has been primarily devoted to individual retreats in the past, and is now stepping into Corporate workshops for Self-Transformation as well.
She holds a Masters degree in Philosophy, has studied Expressive arts therapy in San Francisco, holds a Post-grad Certificate in Women's studies and is a trained Yoga instructor specialising in Stress Management through - Pranayama, Meditation and chanting; also trained in Reiki and Pranic healing.
In her spare time she loves to study astrology, dance (Sufi poetry, classical fusion, Soul dance) , work with kids, write Spritual poems, read inspiring books, act in theater, sing , paint, photography, traveling etc....
Her path, she says, is the path of Unconditional Love and of REVIVING and being of service to the DIVINE FEMININE to bring about a balance between yin and yang energies leading to Awakening and Peace in the world.
