Who is a ScrumMaster?

A ScrumMaster is a developmental facilitator who is responsible for enabling Scrum teams to maximize their effectiveness by addressing systemic issues and dysfunctions in the team. The classroom opens at 8:30 AM each day and class will begin promptly at 9:00 AM. We will end at 5:30 PM each day.

- What should I wear?

Wear anything that makes you comfortable. There are no rules!

- Will there be food?
