Program Rationale

‘Cracking the Leadership Code – Building Ownership Muscle’ is a 1 day workshop that deconstructs the craft of leadership and creates secure leaders. The workshop is a reflective, experiential program.

The workshop combines reflection, storytelling, dialogue, experience sharing, role play, corporate and cricket analogy and activity. It involves reflection on leadership traits, leadership styles and practice of leadership.

Program Facilitator - Harimohan Paruvu

Harimohan Paruvu is a writer, speaker, executive coach and workshop facilitator based out of Hyderabad. He is a Civil Engineer and MBA from Osmania University with sales, advertising, marketing and corporate finance experience. He is a first class cricketer who represented Hyderabad in the Ranji Trophy during 1985-87, the period when it won the Ranji Trophy. He served as Chairman, Senior Selection Committee for the Hyderabad Cricket Association in 2012. His first novel ‘The Men Within – A Cricketing Tale’, 2007, has been made into a Telugu movie ‘Golconda High School’. His second novel ‘If You Love Someone…’ was published in 2010. His third book, ‘50 Not Out – 50 Lessons from Cricket’, connects cricket to life lessons.

Harimohan has conducted over 50 workshops and delivered over a 100 lectures on motivation, team building and leadership. Some of his clients include CoD, Stratapps Solutions, Gap Miners, Infosys Ltd, L&T Tech Services, Advanta Seeds, HSBCCanBank Insurance, Hyderabad Management Association, NHRD, NIFT, ITC Agro, Hyderabad Cricket Association, MLJaisimha Cricket Academy, IFIM, Bangalore, IMT, Ghaziabad, among others. He is a guest faculty at University of Hyderabad’s School of Management Studies and Department of Dance.
