CII – Telangana is organising the 14th Edition of The HR Conclave 2018 on 15 November 2018 at HICC, Hyderabad. The Conclave brings together thought leaders from across the country to discuss and deliberate on emerging HR themes. The theme for this edition of the Conclave is ‘HR- The New Age Superheroes’
The business world is complex, ever-changing, and unpredictable. Stakeholders in the business, whether it is people (employees) or their friends or families, or even society in general, is having more challenges with their work life than ever before. Many of these problems start with the basic inability to map their aspirations and to greater purpose. On one hand shareholders are constantly trying to look at ways to maximise their investments and employee productivity on the other hand organisations are struggling to create happier, more engaged, and more productive employees
In between all these expectations and chaos, a set of believers are guiding and enabling their organisations. They are the HR (People Champion) Superheroes. The Conclave is an effort to acknowledge and salute these uncrowned heroes and equip them for the future. The Daylong Conference will create a vibrant platform for dialogue and discussion.
