About the trainer:

Satisha K Venkataramaiah is a practicing Product Owner and CEO of LeanGears and Leanpitch. He works as a Product Owner 5 days a week and his team uses Scrum to build products. He has been in the industry for 20+ years and has experience working in the Service organization, Product Organization and as a well as captive house. He has built two companies from scratch (leanpitch and leanGears) so he understands the dynamics of all type of organizations. He is also a practicing co-active coach and understands what it means to coach people.
