This workshop is crafted primarily for the digital world. Brand communication is a complex matter. It becomes more complex in the digital medium. When we develop consumer communication for the traditional advertising (TV, print or outdoor), we take long time to plan and then design various materials with great care. The brand is developed through all of them and hence runs the risk of not being succinctly understood. Therefore, a brand’s communication strategy must be crafted in a very granular and detailed way. The framework of consumer communication should be robust and able to guide in the event of all situations. Moreover, the best specialists may not be available every time we create an ad or a content. That is why, the strategic plan must be comprehensible to executives across the board with varied levels of understanding of marketing.
