Black, White...& Life In Between - India's first theatrical play on Diversity & Inclusion at workplace

Black, White...& Life In Between is an Interactive play that deals with how diversity plays out at work, through the eyes of the protagonist, who interacts with her father in her home town.

There are many instances at work where one needs to set aside personal judgements and take a fair call when it comes to hiring, career discussions, mentoring etc. The moment one lets their personal biases & stereotyping come in the way of work related decisions it hampers our logical judgement & decision making capacity.

Through this play, we have tried to touch upon the themes of Gender, sexual orientation, regional stereotypes & biases, Persons with Disability(PWD), conscious & unconscious biases that exist. We explore the impact of bias, prejudice & stereotyping on workplace diversity and the role inclusion plays to achieve business results. This play is specially meant for:
