It is a way to connect with nature and all of the Universal creation.The word shamanism can be used to describe the ancient spiritual practices of the cultures all over the world and we see it reflected in Hinduism as well.
We could also say that shamanism as the universal spiritual wisdom since the beginning of time As all ancient spiritual practices are rooted in nature, shamanism is the method by which we as human beings can strengthen that natural connection. It helps us connect to nature like trees, animals and even inanimate things like metals and stone and helps us find answers to our problems and future events.
