Take your first step toward fitness, This run is dedicated to all the first-time runners who want to run and stay Fit. Don't hesitate to join us even if this is your first run.
Meeting Point: 26th November, Juhu Beach at 6:00 am, We start the warm up at 6:15am. Enter Juhu beach from road Next to Tulip star hotel (old hotel Centaur). Turn to your left - after reaching Juhu beach, we will be around checkout for Pinkathon signage flag.
Our session starts with 30 Minutes slow warm up Run, followed by Yoga workout designed to help runners to develop greater flexibility, fitness, and mental focus.
The workout is conducted by Yoga instructor Rachna Iyer, #RachnaIyer co-founder of Revival Yoga, ex-airline stewardess and travel enthusiast, studied various forms of Yoga - traditional Hatha yoga to Ashtanga Vinyasa from eminent teachers and institutes in Mumbai, Mysore and Rishikesh.
Running Gears : We are running in Pink-Ts (preferably)
Yoga Mat is required.
