1. Purposeful Test Strategy Development - This workshop takes a scientific approach to “how to formulate strategy and derive the plan” by identifying the levels, types, techniques and execution process models to ensure that the potential defects types can be indeed be detected optimally.
2. Practical Test Effort Estimation - This workshop takes a scientific approach to “guessing” the effort. This is done by identifying the potential defect types and then identifying the various activities for uncovering these defects across all the test entities.
The HBT Series of workshops have been developed using the HBT methodology, and provides a scientific way to doing things. It addresses the entire spectrum of software development cycle spanning from understanding customer expectations to test automation. There are specialized workshops that cover the entire test lifecycle like strategy and planning, test design, load and performance testing.
