About The Event

In modern perspective an ordinary human spends only ten percent of time living in the present which is a right brain activity, rest spending it in “auto pilot” mode in the past or future of left brain activity. Left Vs. Right brain entirely two different personalities. “I’’ Vs. “We” called duality exists in every human. The cause of unhappiness, stress, anxiety, tension, worry, agitation, restlessness and unpleasant mind is due to “I” called “Self” or “Ego/Aham” due to left brain activity.

Mind mapping or laying down new neural circuitry pathways is the way for right brain activity, which is the sole purpose of mindful meditation or training the mind with an absolute present reality. This is called “Darshana” in spirituality or “Observation” in particle physics. Observation collapses wavery nature of electrons and make them to behave like particle to go straight. Observer called “Dhrashta” or “Observer” removes duality of subconscious world of continuous errant firing of electrons in circuitry path-ways; thus bringing in “Advaitha” or “Singularity” by collapsing wavery nature of mind.

Yoga Darshana, which means observation inside / Tatwamasi or bringing in harmony / union in human mind and body for absolute harmony and happiness within. This brings the total transformation in a human being, removing his prakriti or entropy leading to "Sat Chit Ananda", pure happy state of mind / realisation of Purusha / Para Brahma / Paramatma / Kaivalya / Allah / Holy Spirit.

The Background

In Krita Yuga, traditionally, all four limbs of Sanathana Dharma (Eternal Science) are practiced. This means majority of people posses Pragnya/Vidya (wisdom), Samadhi, Yama/Sila during this period. The interest is only in the technique of Brahma Vidya/Atma Jnana (Self Realization).

In Tretha Yuga, the quest for Brahma Vidya vanishes and majority of people are oriented towards just the path of Jnana/Samadhi and they do not seek the ultimate goal of Immortality unlike in Krita Yuga. People possess Bhakthi & Karma and only few seek the technologies of Brahma Vidya.

In Dwapara Yuga, the quest for wisdom also veins away and people are interested only in Karma Yoga adhering to principles of morals and ethics called Yama/Sila; thus performing wholesome and self-less actions. The Knowledge of Brahma vidya and Samadhi diminishes.

In Kali Yuga, the principles of Yama/Sila also fade away and people develop blind folded fanatic Bhakthi (faith), which is devoid of wisdom and right views. Obviously, people do not even know what exactly is Raja Yoga leading to Self Realization and what is Kusala and Akusala Samadhi. All kinds of pseudo spiritual practices would emerge enveloping the traditions and Sanatana Dharma. Path of enlightenment becomes path of entertainment of senses. Listening to discourses on TV s and reading books on spirituality, people think they become spiritually attained. It is akin to reading books on swimming and trying to ace it without getting into the pool.

Learn Meditation, with a scientific and spiritual approach.

This particular course offers full-time guidance from Dr ALV Kumar who teaches a clear, systematic method to explore the mind, drawing on 40 years of deep practical and theoretical exploration.

It is very rare indeed to find a true path and a true coach, as every one would proclaim to be a Guru and completely realized souls, forgetting that the Pramanas (Standards) of 7 kinds of attainments of wisdom (Saptha Pragnya Bhumikas) culminating in self realization and clarity on Eight levels of Samadhi are pre requisites to be a Guru. People cannot distinguish between levels of Samadhi; as criteria for each samadhi is not practiced nor known in this period. Similarly the difference between Samadhi and Self-Realization (Enlightenment) is forgotten and people believe that the experiences in Samadhi itself is a Self-Realization.

As Saint Patanjali says “Guru Kaleana Vacchedhat”. A teacher should only follow the path strictly laid down by those fully enlightened saints of hundreds and thousands of years ago representing the Sanatana Dharma. A Modern Guru proclaims that he discovered or invented a new path and a short cut to liberation and immortality neglecting ancient methodologies and strict discipline.

Here is an opportunity to come and experience and practice under the umberella of Traditional Yoga with strict guidance and discipline of a Coach representing those teachings, traditions and lineages showing the path leading to Self Realization. Religion, region, caste, creed, socio-economic status, scholar or a lay person is not the criteria but only the burning desire for total positive transformation for experiencing that eternal happiness is the criteria.
