We are happy to announce the launch of our journey-based Leadership Program in an open format - the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP) on 11th April, 2020.
About ELP
Crossover has done a couple of workshops for HYSEA, which were well received and attended by its members. Based on the feedback of the Crossover faculty and the content, HYSEA has recommended this program to its members.
We would like to extend this program to executives of your organisations with five to ten years experience.
Why the need for the Emerging Leaders Program (ELP)?
Crossover conceived the emerging Leadership Program (ELP) as a response to the lack of a holistic, long-term approach of People Development at an affordable price.
ELP is an Open Program for companies who may not have a quorum for a batch to run the program internally.
What is the Duration?
ELP is a six months journey with one day classroom session every month. Each session will be followed by four weeks of engagement and application of learning.
Who will conduct the classroom sessions?
The sessions will be conducted by industry experienced faculties with a passion to help executives develop their leadership skills.
What are the components of the program?
ELP will comprise of world class workbooks, collaterals, real life case studies, role plays, experiential learning, action learning plans, mentoring support, leader’s speak and learning reviews.
Who is eligible?
Executives with five to ten years of experience.
What is the total cost of the program?
Rs. 24,000/- (Rs. 4000/- per month X 6 months) + taxes
