Hatha Yoga is a profound science through which, one can change and enhance the way one thinks, feels, and experiences life. The 14 days Hatha Yoga which spread acrross 17 sessions is a wonderful opportunity to learn ancient and powerful practices to transform Body and Mind. Practices begin with working on phyical and gradually move towards subtler dimensions

Angamardana – 30 step ancient process to invigorate the body, and reach peak physical and mental health

Surya Kriya – 21 step yogic practice of tremendous antiquity, designed as holistic process to complete health and inner wellbeing

Surya Shakti – 18 steps practice to Culture the body to become physically strong & fit

Yogasanas – Set of powerful postures to elevate one’s consciousness and manipulate energies

* 14 days(15 sessions)..  19th has two sessions  Morning and Evening (6am & 4pm)

d) Comfortable clothing.
