Terms & Conditions

1. Ticket holders will be required to exchange their ticket counterfoils for a wrist band.
2. Show timings: 05:00 pm to 12:00 am on Friday 17^th April 2015
3. Gates open at 3:00pm.
4. A ticket is valid for one person only. Entry will not be permitted in the absence of a valid photo ID. No re-entry allowed.
5. Ticket holders will only be allowed entry to the Smirnoff Experience if they are 21 years of age or above
6. Legal drinking age is 25 years  for Spirits & 21years  for Beer
7. Beware of fake / color photocopied ticket. A ticket shall not be valid if the barcode or hologram has been tampered with.
8. This is a wrist-band access festival. Wrist-bands will be issued at the festival and will enable access to designated areas. Please keep your wrist-band on at all times for the tickets that you have purchased. In case wrist-bands are taken off, a replacement wrist-band will not be issued.
9. Organizers reserve the rights of admission, even to valid ticket holders.
10. No refund on a purchased ticket and F&B coupons is possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
11. Tickets are not valid if the affixed security hologram is tampered or damaged in any way.
12. Artist line up and billed attraction may be subject to change.
13. Organizers reserve the right to perform security check on invitees/ member of audience at the entry point for security reasons.
14. Organizers or any of its agent, officers, and employees shall not be responsible for any injury, damage, theft, losses or cost suffered at or as a result of the event of any part of it.
15. Parking near or at the festival premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner. Organizer will not hold any responsibility for any damage or theft of any vehicles within the part of it.
16. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
17. Consumption and sale of illegal substances is strictly prohibited.
18. Please enjoy the Smirnoff Experience responsibly. Do not drink and drive.
19. Cameras, any form of recording instruments, arms and ammunition, eatables, bottles, cans, glasses, tins, beverages or alcohol are not allowed from outside within the Smirnoff Experience. Food and beverages will be available inside the festival.
20. Organizers are not responsible for any negative effects of food items or drinks consumed in the venue by festival guests.
21. Person suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner or carrying out illegal activities within the site may be searched.
22. First aid/ medical facilities will be provided, however, the organizers do not take any responsibility for any physical injury to any person attending the event.
23. Any disputes to be settled under Mumbai jurisdiction courts only.
24. The holder of the ticket hereby grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity all or any part of the recording of any tape made of holder\'s appearance on any channel for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotion relating hereto.
25. Organizers do not take responsibility for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
26. The event is subject to force majeure conditions.
