In the hustle-bustle of the city life, it has become more and more important to bring awareness to oneself. Join us for an hour long session of yoga on road (Y.O.R) and feel a sense of stillness envelop you. The session will begin with a few rounds of suryanamaskars and then will move on to asanas. A professionally certified instructor will take you through the practice that would help you relax, improve dexterity, enhance bodily functions and much more. See you there!
