o   Each delegate will have their own company’s  4-PAGE SIMPLIFIED STRATEGIC PLAN & THE EXECUTION PLAN, which they can start using or sharing with their organization for acceptance, alignment & execution/implementation as per the milestones calendar.

o   This 4-PAGE plan is all they will need in the next 5 years, to conduct their regular strategic review & execution review meetings.

MASTERCLASSTM METHODOLOGY:

1.       There are 8 Sessions of 4 hours each (9 am to 1 pm) on Saturday & Sunday mornings, starting 11th Sept, 2011, Sunday at Executive Enclave Hotel, 331, Dr. Ambedkar Road, Pali Hill, Bandra (west), Mumbai 400050.

2.       The workshop will have exercises for delegates, with easy to use templates & worksheets, to help develop their own company’s Simplified Strategic Plan & Execution Plan.

3.       20% time is for simplified theory & 80% time in each session is for delegates to fill the worksheets for developing each component of their own company’s strategy using our Simplified methodology & then developing Execution Plan with key performance indicators (KPIs) & milestone calendar.

4.       CONTENTS OF THE STRATEGIC PLAN & EXECUTION PLAN THAT DELEGATES WILL DEVELOP FOR THEIR OWN COMPANY, USING MASTERCLASS TM METHODOLOGY:

j.        Critical Success Factor (CSF) & Key Success Factors (KSF).

k.       The Building Blocks.

l.         Laser Sharp Focus Objectives for 1 year with Key Performance Indicators/Measures.

m.    Execution Plan for Each Focus Objective with Milestones Calendar.

5.       MasterClassTM will help fine tune each delegate’s worksheets during the 80% of the session time.

6.       Delegates are free to decide if their case could be discussed openly before the class or they would like to work individually on their worksheets only with MasterClass workshop facilitators brain storming with them & helping them.

7.       At the end of each session, delegates may, if they wish to, e-mail the worksheets developed by them to MasterClassTM. MasterClassTM will work on their sheets during the weekdays to help to further fine tune the strategic plan & execution plans developed by the delegates. If required, MasterClassTM will have telecon with the delegate during this back-end exercise.
