Piramal Museum of Art invites you to a special ‘do-it-yourself’ craft workshop inspired by Manjusha paintings. This workshop will provide knowledge of the intricacies of the motifs used in Manjusha paintings, enabling participants to reproduce them on a special stationery set of their own. The workshop starts with a tour of the Manjusha paintings section at the Piramal Museum of Art’s latest exhibition, ‘Nature to Culture: Crafts of India.’ After understanding the stories that lie beneath the crafts’ creation, the significance of its motifs, techniques and colours, you will work on creating your own set of gift tags, gift envelopes, cards and coasters.
