India Chapter of International Advertising Association has been seen as the most active industry body. Last year it conducted 32 events relevant to the advertising and marketing fraternity. Some of its marquee events include the IAA Leadership Awards, the Olive Crown Awards, Industry defining Debates and Webinars, Gender Sensitization Seminars, Industry specific Seminars concerning Retail and Real Estate and events for Young Turks.
Not surprisingly, IAA India Chapter has won the best Chapter Award, two times in a row from the global body.
During its Silver Jubilee year, IAA India Chapter is reaching out to its constituents with more programmes and activities. The year will end on a high note through this much awaited Silver Jubilee Summit, which will see top-class speakers and panelists from across the globe, speak on what’s in store in the coming years. Truly a clairvoyance of #WhatsComingNext?
IAA Global, in its 77th Year of incorporation is head quartered in New York, USA. It is present in 76 countries around the world. Its members include professionals from Marketing, Media, Advertising Agencies and others involved in the Communication chain.
We live in a dynamic world where change is shaping the way we consume media, the way we define media, the way we build brands, the way we understand technology, the way we address our consumers and the way we even live.
Technology has acted as a major disruptor in our lives and has played a key role in shaping change itself.
Businesses have morphed into new shapes that are difficult to recognize. Those that haven't understood what change is shaping around them would perish. In the midst of all this change is the critical need to not just look around us and see what is changing, but more importantly to look ahead into the immediate future and see "What's Coming Next".
It is this singular thought that has defined the Agenda for the IAA Silver Jubilee Summit.
A thought that is as important as it is simple. And this is something that professionals in advertising, marketing and the media need to address urgently.
Their very future could depend on it.
