Valsad Cyclothon 2017

NOTE:

• BIB’s to be collected from Alllishan Complex, Gundlav Chokdi near N.H.8, a day before the event on 07/01/2017 in afternoon 3:00 PM to 06:00 PM. Out station participants can collect their BIB kit on the event day before 5:30 AM Sharp.
• At the time of BIB collection if there is a short of exact SIZE T-SHIRT we will provide any size which will be available.
• You will have to reach the venue and report latest by 5:45 AM Sharp. No one will be allowed to enter the venue after 05.45 AM
• flagging off will start at 6:20 AM Sharp for 50Km. (Flag Off)
• Organizer will try to control the traffic partially but you will have to control your speed wherever required. And if any accident or mishap happens, the organizer will not be responsible.
• In case of any accident happens, Organizer will only provide on route first aid medical support. If participants require hospitalization, organizer will help to transfer you to the nearest medical center. Participants has to pay all his/her medical bills.
• Please attach your photo ID Proof with the form and also carry it with you when you come to collect your BIB on 07/01/15
• Organizer will not provide any back up for cycle repairing or any other maintenance require for cycle during the race Participant has to manage by own.
• Helmet is compulsory to participate in cyclothon. We will not allow anyone to participate in event without helmet.
