A product works best when it is designed from an outside-in approach – keeping the end user in mind and thinking about how he/she would use the product and designing the product keeping the end user at the centre.

The 2-day “UX Demystified” course will take you through the fundamentals of user experience thought process. It will help you to analyse how an end user thinks of a using a product and will teach you how to incorporate the fundamentals of UX methods into your design discussions.
