About The Event

The Professional Development Day (PDD) is an excellent opportunity for all Project Management professionals to learn and discuss new ideas in their career field. Each PDD will help the project management community to improvise their technical skills through interaction and knowledge sharing.

1. The workshop will give an insight about the Lean & Project management concepts, methods to understand the real reasons behind challenge and ways to improve construction. The practical application of management concepts in construction projects will be discussed in this 1-day workshop.

• How to identify and eliminate inefficiencies in managing construction projects (7 wastes in Construction)

• Constraint & Risk Analysis for better preparation of projects

•Collaborative planning approach to establish predictable and reliable schedules (Agile planning, Last Pl anner ® system etc)

• How to establish a lessons learning mechanism, which help project to improve continuously during the project period. (Value Stream Mapping, PDCA etc)

Specialised i n c o n s u l t i n g , t r a i n i n g and implementation of best practices from Lean Construction, Project Management, Business Analysis and Collaborative Partnering in construction industry

Worked with Multi National Companies Bovis Lend Lease, Jones Lang LaSalle, Kuwait United Development, Space Matrix, Aconex, StraVis, BT&BT, etc.

Currently serving as the Director, PMI Pearl City Chapter, Hyderabad (2014-2016).

Civil Engineer from Calicut University and PG Diploma in Constuction Management from XIME, Bangalore
