Upa Yoga - Rejuvenate The Body - Vileprale

Upa Yoga is a simple, yet powerful set of 10 practices that activate the joints, muscles and energy system. A key aspect of Upa Yoga is towards activating the lubricants and energy nodes in the joints so that the rest of the system begins to function. Based on a sophisticated understanding of the body’s mechanics, it creates an instant sense of alertness, liveliness and brings ease to the whole system.
