An early morning weekend exercise undertaken by our community of Mindfulness practitioners to deepen our awareness of our world while committing to slow down and experience the long now.
The practice schedule will be the same every month but our growth and progress will be dynamic. The second weekend practice is contemplative photography and a photo walk. This will be the same for every second Sunday of the month, but our journeys will deepen as we uncover the complexities and beauty within and around us.
