We @ Proxima are organising Sky Gazing event on 25th February, 2017, at Mahuli, Asangaon. Time for the program is 7pm(ist) to 6am(ist) the next morning.
Pre registration is required by email.

Registration will close on 24th Feb @ 22:00 pm or if number of participants reach 100 before the deadline.
Mode of language for the program will be English/Hindi. Professional grade/sized telescopes will be used for observation.
Participation fees will be Rs. 200/- per individual and is to be paid on site(venue and expertise charges only). It is requested to carry dinner and/or other eatables along with you as required. Tea will be served complimentary. Smoking and alcoholic drinks are strictly prohibited.
Also carry along mattress/sheets to sit on, warm clothes, blankets, torch if required and drinking water.
Meeting point: Asangaon railway station pf 1 tea stall between 5pm - 5:45pm.

By train : 03:01pm Asangaon slow local train from CST (central).
03:19 pm at Dadar.
03:56 pm at Thane.
04:28 pm at Kalyan.
03:40 pm Kasara fast local train from CST(central).
03:54 pm at Dadar.
04:21 pm at Thane.
04:53 pm at Kalyan.
Or directly at Mahuli village by road:
On Kalyan - Nashik highway, at Asangaon take left turn towards Manas Mandir for Mahuli village Bhakta Nivas, (approx 5 km). Land mark on highway- food court.
Our volunteers will receive you at Asangaon station on pf no 1 near tea stall and will guide you to the state transport bus that leaves for Mahuli. If you miss the train or bus or come late, the only other options are rickshaws which charge 250/- to Mahuli. these charges not included in the participation fees.
On the day of the event, if you have to contact us for any reason, please do so before 6pm, as all of us will be at the venue and contact may not be possible due to poor network coverage.
If at all due to extreme bad weather or unavoidable circumstances the program has to be cancelled, the participants will be notified by mail/sms a day earlier or before 11am on the date of event.
