Six Sigma Black Belt(SSBB) Certification is a confirmation of acquired level of individual's capabilities and knowledge of managing and bringing process improvements by using data door approach of Six Sigma. This course is inline with Internationally Certified ASQ(American Society for Quality). Completion of this training also provides 50 PDU(Professional Development Units) which may be utilized towards maintenance of other Credentials such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PgMP and so on.

Course Objective

To provide competency which is sum total of knowledge, skill and experience (hands-on practice) on Six Sigma Black Belt topics by coahcing the Green belts in Minitab usage and then verify level/ degree of competence through certification process. 


Class room training session held at reputed Hotels in the city. Highly interactive session including run through Minitab training, case studies, practice sessions and project identification exercises. Participants are expected to bring their laptop for exercises. 

Training Format

Armadillo Consultants conducts a 5 days training program leading to Six Black Black Belt certification. The training is conducted continuously for 3 days(Fri-Sat-Sun) and on subsequent week 2 days(Sat-Sun) to enable the working executives to complete the course without affecting their work and career.
