About The Event

Seva Bharathi is an NGO working for the economically weaker sections of Indian society with special focus on Education, Health and Women Empowerment in socioeconomically marginalized, tribal and indigenous communities.

Seva Bharathi is organizing a Run to raise funds for supporting its Kishori Vikas program. The program is designed to educate and empower adolescent girl children in slums. 

Seva Bharathi is currently running 100 Kishori Vikas centers in and around Hyderabad. Each Kishori Vikas center provides education, skill development and other developmental activities to 25 girls in a slum for 2 hours every day.

Cost of running each Kishori Vikas center is Rs. 25000 per annum.

Seva Bharathi’s goal is to expand this program to benefit 10,000 girls (400 centers) with all your support.

Runt Start Time -  10K at 7AM | 5K at 07:30AM. Please assemble before 30min of your category of run.

Bib Collection Date & Venue -  On 20th & 21st Jan between 12Noon - 6PM at Gachibowli Stadium Gate 1.

Online Registrations are closed. Spot Registration counters open on the event day at the venue at 6AM. Tickets will be sold on First Come First Served Basis.

  • I/my ward declare that we fully understood the risk and responsibility of participating in Seva Bharathi 10K/ 5K RUN and Seva Bharathi will not be held liable. 
  • Please choose the event category carefully, confirmed registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.
  • We will be sending regular updates to the Mobile number you have provided in the registration form this should be not treated as spam and you shall not take any action against our bulk sms service provider.
  • You agree to abide by the instructions provided by the organizers from time to time in the best interest of your health and event safety.
  • You confirm that, in the event of adverse weather conditions, major incidents or threats on the day, any of the force majeure or restriction by authority, the organizers reserve the right to stop/cancel/postpone the event. You understand that confirmed registrations and merchandise orders are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.
  • Participants must personally appear for collecting the running Bibs. Bibs can be distributed in-absentee with written consent of the registered runners.
  • If this registration is being made on behalf of a minor, I confirm that I am the parent / guardian of the child and that he/She has my permission to take part in the event. I further concur that all the above rules shall apply to him/her as if he were a major.
  • Runners will not be allowed to stay on the course beyond the cut-off time, which is announced at the start of the run.
  • Participants must wear good quality, suitable and well fitting running shoes while taking part in Run.
  • We request total co-operation from runners in this regards.
