Certification Procedure:

Pre-requisites

  1. ITIL Foundation 2011 Certification
  2. At least 21 contact hours of training from an ATO (Accredited Training Organization)
  3. Type: Eight (8) multiple choice, scenario-based, gradient-scored questions.
    Each question has 4 options. Best answer carries 5 marks, next best answer carries 3 marks and the next best answer carries 1 mark and there is one Distractor option which carries no mark.

Format : Paper based

Duration : 90 Minutes

Pass Score : 70%

 

From the workshop:

  1. 2 days classroom/online training by experienced trainers
  2. Candidates are given Participation certificates
  3. Hard copy of the courseware
  4. Participants will earn 3 credits after completing Service strategy training and certification.
  5. Participant will get 24 PDUs
