This is to inform you that we are conducting ‘Selling Skills Development & Stress Management Workshops’ on Wednesday & Thursday  for only 12 participants.

Selling is all about converting big ‘NO’ to ‘YES’. ‘NO’ is the standard response in every proposal as our prospect does not know to what he/she is saying ‘no’. Therefore the first step is to convert our prospect from ‘NO’ to ‘KNOW’. To convert ‘no’ to ‘know’ we should take the initiative to know him. If you take the initiative to know him, then he will also come forward to know you. Every action has got equal and opposite reaction.

If you take the initiative to know your prospect, the prospect will also take the action of knowing you. It may take time; therefore patience is another trait to be developed by sales professionals.

Selling is not about only selling product or services but selling ideas to your customer, employees and your children. You have to sell your ideas to your children that education for them. If they are convinced with your communication, this program is must for you.
It's about selling your ideas confidently to your boss, colleagues, customers and subordinates.
One of the main reasons why a manager gets stressed if the job delegated to the subordinate is not completed in time and the productivity is not up to the expectation. In most cases manager blames the subordinates. One of the main reasons for not getting the desired result is the lack of effective communication skills. It’s not what you communicate but how you communicate plays the major role in every relationship.
