Course Overview:

Selenium is a popular open source web application test automation tool. The workshop will cover features and components of Selenium Webdriver to enable participants to be able write good automation scripts. In addition to scripting in Selenium, this workshop will also cover examples of Automation frameworks using Selenium.

Hardware and Software Pre-requisites

  • Laptop Computer with Windows XP, Vista, Windows 7(recommended)
  • Java JDK 6
  • Eclipse IDE for Java Developers (Helios or later version)
  • TestNG plugin for Eclipse
  • Firefox 16 (Latest version not recommended)
  • Firebug and Firepath Firefox Add-ons
