 He has around 17 years of professional experience and 8 years as a Consultant, Coach and Trainer in Agile - Scrum, Enterprise Agility, Lean- Agile, XP, Kanban, Software Estimation, Project Management. He has extensive implementation experience in Agile - Scrum, Distributed Agile and Scaling Agile at Enterprise Level, FP Based Productivity framework Design and Measurement. He has been a panel speaker and moderator for Agile Best Practices Sessions and also delivered talks in conferences and webinars on Agile Methodologies.

 His main interests are providing Consulting, Coaching, Mentoring and Training in Agile Methodologies, Transitioning to Agile Successfully, Scaling Agile at Enterprise level, Scrum Project Management, CMMI - Agile (Hybrid Process Model adoption), Software Estimation using Function Point Analysis.

 He is Certified Scaled Agile Framework Program Consultant and holds SPC4 certification  from Scaled Agile Academy

 He is an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) from PMI, Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and  holds Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) certification from Scrum Alliance.

 He is one of the Core Executive Committee Members  for Agile Leadership Network, Bengaluru, Chapter.

 He has Trained more than 3000 participants and 65+ Organisations, consisting  IT and Non IT companies in the areas of Lean and Agile Methodologies (Scrum Project Management), Agile Estimation and Planning, Agile Requirements Analysis, Software Estimation Techniques (Function Point Analysis) to various clients in India and Overseas.
