About The Event

The SAFe Agilist (SA) certification program from the Scaled Agile Framework is for Agile Practitioners to expand towards applying agile in large software programs.  The Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), created by Dean Lefingwell, is a proven methodology for large-scale, multi-team Agile projects and programs to carry out Enterprise Agile transformation seamlessly. 

This two day course, conducted in association with MS Academy (www.msacademy.in), a leading Management consultancy company in Chennai.  The workshop will be interactive with games, exercises and real world examples through which you will gain the knowledge necessary towards applying the principles of Scaled Agile Framework, Lean thinking and Product development flow for Agile transformation in your organizations.

Pre-requisites

  • 5+ years of experience in software development, testing, business analysis, product or project management
  • Experience in Scrum

Day 2

  • Discussion on Examination Questions
