The Project Management Foundation Workshop is a 4 day intense learning process using knowledge sharing, case study, activity –based and action-oriented learning based on PMI’s CAPM/PMP Guidelines.
The program covers the 5 process groups areas across all the 47 knowledge areas of the Project Management Body of Knowledge 5th Edition (PMBOK®Guide) viz., Initiating, Planning, Executing, Controlling and Closing. Knowledge learned in this program can lead to CAPM (Certified Associate In Project Management) / Project Management Professional (PMP®) Certification from the Project Management Institute.

About the Trainer :

He had been recognized for distinguished results in Large Projects Planning, Execution & Implementation, Effective Process Re-engineering, Business Intelligence, Optimizing Risk, Quality & Service Management (Delivery, Quality) and Customer Delight & Cost Effectiveness. He is trained by Ron Kaufman on “Service Leadership”. He had Visited Organization / Facilities in Japan, China, Malaysia, India and Singapore for Best Practices in Manufacturing, Product Support, Marketing, Business Operations, Contact Center, Warehousing, Service and Support etc..
He carries strong passion for Training, Coaching, Mentoring and Consultancy. He had been delivering various Training and Certification programs on PMP Certification Workshops, Scrum, Product Sales and Support, Customer handling, Team development, Communications, Contact Center and Service Partner’s Development to name a few.
