Course Overview:

PRINCE2® Foundation + Practitioner Project management methodologies are used to help managers plan out and execute every stage of a project—from its conception to its completion. A good methodology will help in achieving goals on schedule and within budget, without strain on resources. A project methodology that encompasses all these virtues is the PRINCE2® (PRojects IN Controlled Environments), a process based method used for the management of all types of projects. Hugely popular in the U.K., it is easily scalable and often used in high-level phases of a project. Needless to say, PRINCE2® certifications brings in much attention to its holders catapulting their careers on to the world stage. KnowledgeHut is an Accredited Training Organization (ATO) of PRINCE2® and our course PRINCE2® Foundation and Practitioner certification covers all course topics extensively, helping you prepare for the preliminary Foundation Course and the more advanced Practitioner course. You will learn about the importance of this methodology and other associated theoretical concepts in the Foundation Level and its practical applications in the Practitioner Level. Ample exercises and hands-on projects will help you be a 100% prepared for the exam.
