Our workshop for PMP preparation have duration of 35 hrs spread over 4 days on weekends (11th, 12th, 18th and 19th February, 2017). The program will take the participants through the complete processes of Project Management, the project phases, the project life cycle, the 5 process groups and 10 Knowledge Areas as specified in PMBOK (Project Management Body of Knowledge). Participants will learn about the Inputs, Tools and Techniques and Outputs of each of the Project Management processes, they will learn the concepts of Earned Value Management and the PMI Code of Ethics and Responsibility. The workshop will use real life case studies and have interactive discussions and knowledge sharing sessions.
