About The Event

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?

General Public:Any individual with the desire to build better relationships with others, through enhancing Self Awareness, Managing Self and by gaining deep insights into others' behavior patterns. Employees, Housewives, Business Owners / Self Employed, Unemployed persons can also attend.

DESCRIPTION

The pressures in the workplace in terms of the work deliverables, timelines and interpersonal conflicts can result in employees and managers reacting negatively towards each other. When such reactions are charged with emotions, there can be chaos at work!

Many qualified, experienced and competent managers and employees have low Emotional Intelligence, which can become the root cause for poor teamwork, decreased morale and high attrition rates!!

 

This workshop is aimed at creating awareness and providing approaches for replacing old behavioral patterns with new ones. Emotional Intelligence is learned behaviour and hence anyone can enhance their EQ through the right training inputs and continuous practice!

 

Emotionally intelligent managers and employees are known to solve problems effectively, deal conflicts with maturity, and build high performing teams.

We will use a mix of EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING methodologies, including and not limited to Group Discussions, Role Plays, Case Studies, Videos, Games, Simulations, etc

 

Every participant will also undergo PSYCHOMETRIC ASSESSMENT related to Self Awareness (Johari Window), Interpersonal Styles / Communication Styles, Team Working Style and Emotional Quotient.

Over 20 years of industry experience in HR / L&D related areas in various industry segments including pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, telecom, IT & ITES, e-Learning, etc; the recent 10 years have been with focus on Competency Assessment & Mapping, Training Design & Delivery, Behavioral Assessments, Counselling, Coaching & Mentoring. Headed the L&D as well as HR departments at Dr. Reddy's Foundation, lead the consulting division for Employee Assessments at Merittrac, and was also employed with Globarena, PAGE, Hindustan Copper Limited, Fytokem Formulations, etc.
