How about beating the summer heat by unwinding on the Dhauladhar ranges of Kullu? Loosen yourself as you camp by the pristine blue Prashar Lake. Other than its charismatic beauty, the place is famous for a three storied temple which is located on the bank of the lake. The temple is dedicated to the sage Parashara, and it is also believed that the saint meditated here for quite a long time. The lake is a perfect holiday destination, far away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Prashar Lake looks like a blue emerald in the midst of green pastures and gigantic mountains. The surroundings of the lake are a rare site which can enchant the mind and soul of every tourist.

Itinerary

Day 0:
Delhi – Mandi (450 KMS)
Depart from Delhi at around 7:00 P.M
Overnight journey to Mandi by A/C coach
Reach to Mandi on next day morning

Day 1:
Mandi-Prashar Lake Trek : Arrival, Freshen Up, Breakfast, Drive to Bagi
Morning arrive at Mandi around 6-7 AM
We will go for freshen up and breakfast.
Afterwards, proceed for Bagi Village to start your trek (7-8 Kms) to Prashar lake which takes around 4-5 hours to reach Prashar Lake.
Enjoy your packed lunch en route and get energised.
Reach campsite and enjoy the majestic view of Dhauladhar ranges.
Enjoy evening tea with cookies, bonfire and dinner.
Overnight stay at camp under millions of stars.

Day 2:
Prashar Lake - Baggi – Mandi - Delhi: Departure to Delhi
Easy wake-up call and freshen up.
Morning breakfast, you will get the chance to explore the surroundings and the landscapes of the Prashar Lake.
Visit a nearby temple, lake and start descending towards Bagi
Enjoy packed lunch en route to Bagi
Arrive in Bagi, after relaxing take a drive to Mandi,
Explore local market at your own
Evening we will start return journey to Delhi.
Reach Delhi at next day morning around 5-6 A.M

02 Breakfast, 02 Lunch and 01 Dinner.
Transportation - A/C Coach from to Delhi/Mandi.
Stay in Camp on Double/Triple sharing basis.
