2nd National Convention- Oil & Gas India 2013 

 

"Energy Security" is of prime importance for our county - which is the 6th largest consumer of Oil & Gas in the world and 9th largest crude oil importer. India's Oil & Gas sector contributes over 15% to the country's GDP. There is a critical need for the latest technology inputs for an enhancing Oil recovery from depleting and marginal fields as well as greater self reliance in manufacturing and maintenance of oil field equipment & services.

 

Theme: Future of Oil & Gas in India’s Energy Security

 

Oil & Gas India Convention 2013 aims at helping accelerate the growth of hydrocarbon sector in India and thereby, assists in achieving the target, 'Vision 2025'. The 2 - day 'National Conference' during Oil & Gas Convention 2013 will discuss strategies for development, redevelopment of marginal fields and management of 'Brown Fields' covering complete assessment of additional Oil & Gas recovery potential by enhancing reservoir performance through more accurate reserve mapping, feasible IOR & EOR approaches and construction of integrated production system for cost effective development.
